Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant experience required.
• Previous banking/financial industry experience preferred.
• Registered or willing to register as mortgage loan originator with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing.
• Willing to obtain unique identifier from Registry.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytic skills demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans and drive production goals, including building referrals and relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Coach staff via activity-based development and implement coaching plans to meet branch goals.
• Develop and execute integrated sales, relationship, and credit strategies aligned with Retail Bank priorities.
• Support portfolio growth by deepening client relationships and ensuring optimal service while monitoring controls.
• Collaborate with branch partners to achieve goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Lead hiring, performance management, and employee evaluation of branch staff.
