Qualifications

• 6–10 years of banking or financial services experience.
• Previous banking/financial industry experience preferred.
• Sales management experience preferred.
• Registered or willing to register as mortgage loan originator with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing.
• Obtain or willing to obtain unique identifier from Registry.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytic skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a sales plan and drive production goals; build referral networks and relationships with partners and external contacts.
• Coach staff through performance development and coaching plans to reach branch goals.
• Develop and execute integrated sales, relationship, and credit strategies aligned with Retail Bank priorities.
