Job summary

Citi is seeking a Branch Manager in Massapequa Park, NY to lead a sales-driven team in the Retail Bank. You will drive plans, coach staff, and partner with internal and external teams to expand the client base and deepen relationships.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant banking or financial industry experience.
• Sales management experience preferred.
• Registered or willing to register as mortgage loan originator with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing.
• Able to demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans and drive production goals; build referral networks with internal and external partners.
• Provide coaching to staff and implement development plans to achieve branch goals.
• Develop and execute integrated sales, relationship, and credit strategies aligned with Retail Bank priorities.
• Support portfolio growth by deepening relationships and acquiring new clients; ensure compliance with controls.
• Collaborate with branch partners to meet goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Lead staffing, performance management, and budget planning for the branch.
