Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking a Branch General Manager to oversee a service center branch, lead RSSRs and Area Managers, and drive sales and customer satisfaction. The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic oversight to hit operational and profitability goals across the branch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management and leadership experience, including leading other managers or supervisors.
• Strong route sales and customer service skills and focus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with route sales and service.
• Familiarity with textile rental products and services, or relevant experience in a similar route-based rental or service industry.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of related experience.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office and related business systems.

Responsibilities

• Overall branch leadership and staffing responsibilities, including performance management of service staff.
• Manage KPIs such as labor and inventory to control costs.
• Develop programs to increase efficiencies and grow market share.
• Collaborate with sales to achieve branch revenue goals.
• Ensure superior customer relations and account growth/retention.
• Act as primary local contact for customers, community, vendors, and authorities.
• Lead by example with hands-on, in-the-field support.
• Prepare and submit reports and participate in quarterly reviews.
