Job summary

Mission Linen Supply seeks a Branch General Manager to lead the Bishop, CA depot, reporting to the Lancaster District Manager. You’ll drive branch profitability, staff performance, and customer relations while coordinating with sales to hit revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Previous management and leadership experience.
• Strong customer service focus and relationship-building.
• Knowledge of route sales and service operations.
• Familiarity with textile rental products or similar industry.
• Strong business acumen to analyze financial data and make decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns overall P&L responsibility for the branch.
• Staffing, training, and performance management of branch staff.
• Direct supervision of area managers and office managers.
• Manages labor, inventory and other branch costs KPI metrics.
• Implements programs to increase efficiencies and lower costs.
• Collaborates with sales to meet branch revenue goals.
• Ensures exceptional customer relations and retention.
• Serves as primary local contact for customers, community, vendors and government entities.
• Prepares and submits required company and regional reports.
• Attends Quarterly Performance Reviews.
• Ensures internal audits, safety compliance and fleet maintenance.
