Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2+ years in construction safety.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing PCI and client safety plans and policies.
• Provide safety training and resources to the branch and workers.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate hazards on site.
• Conduct job site inspections and audits for compliance.
• Promote safe work practices through coaching and safety engagement.
• Investigate injuries and near-misses and enforce corrective actions.
• Review safety reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Submit safety reports and documentation in a timely manner.
• Act as liaison between the company and clients on site safety.
