Qualifications

• High School diploma with strong academic record or Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including professional reports and meeting summaries.
• Ability to research information, synthesize findings, and produce clear documents.
• Experience supporting administrative and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage competing priorities and support Branch leadership across admin and operational activities.
• Coordinate Branch activities, track milestones, and assist with strategic planning.
• Gather, analyze, and present information from multiple groups for data calls.
• Prepare agendas, notes, and professional reports, summaries, and presentations.
• Coordinate travel, meetings, and office logistics; support onboarding and recruitment.
