Qualifications

• BS in a technical or scientific field such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Demonstrated excellence performing modeling, simulation, and analysis in Air, Space, Surface or Ground domain(s).
• Able to learn new topics quickly and work in a collaborative environment.
• Able to communicate complex ideas to a variety of partners.
• Proficient to fluent in MATLAB or Python.
• Able to obtain SAP level access and Interim Secret clearance by start date; U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze interacting sensor, tracker, communication, and weapon systems for multi-domain simulations to find trends and support decisions.
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, assess risk, and document uncertainties.
• Collaborate with domain experts to integrate effects into a multi-domain simulation.
• Join a small team and mentor junior analysts while guiding project direction.
• Engage in independent research projects and present work to technical specialists and decision makers.
