Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Contact Center BPO Sales Hunter for our Agentic AI Customer Service business. This senior role requires building relationships with C-level buyers and positioning AI-enabled CX/BPO/BPaaS solutions to transform client operations.

You will originate deals, lead end-to-end sales cycles, and collaborate with architects, pricing, and legal teams to close multi-million-dollar contracts. Remote options in the US are available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Contact Center/CX/BPO sales with transformative outsourcing models.
• 7+ years selling large, complex CX/BPO deals (>$20M TCV).
• 5+ years selling Customer Experience/Customer Service and Industry Specific Core value chain deals.
• 5+ years selling into the P&C and L&A Insurance vertical.

Responsibilities

• Originate deals proactively and build executive-level relationships with decision makers.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Insurance (P&C, L&A) and articulate value chain challenges.
• Develop customized AI-enabled CX/BPO propositions leveraging automation and analytics.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles with solution architects, pricing, legal, and operations teams.
• Create strategic GTM plans with business unit leaders and alliance partners.
• Build executive relationships with COOs, CIOs, CFOs, and Heads of Operations.
• Stay current on AI/technology trends relevant to BPO and digital operations.
• Contribute to brand elevation through industry forums and client advisory boards.
