Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Business Process Analyst to deliver agile project management and end-to-end delivery for enhancements to a financial system. The role partners with business stakeholders, end users, and program leadership, reporting to the Guidehouse project manager and providing on-site support in Arlington, VA or DC area.

You will lead requirements workshops, analyze workflows, document functional requirements, and support UAT, training, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in Business Process Analysis, preferably finance.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements with stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating workshops and interviews.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or join teams applying process improvement methods.
• Assess process performance in complex environments.
• Lead requirement collection, interviews, and workshops.
• Analyze workflows and document clear requirements.
• Collaborate with program teams to refine and verify requirements.
• Identify gaps, risks, and resolutions; support UAT and training.
• Support design and implementation of new business processes.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide reengineering efforts.
• Ensure alignement with policies and strategic objectives.
• Develop practical implementation plans.
