UPMC Health Plan is seeking a Business Process Consultant II in the Business Performance Improvement group. This full-time hybrid role is based in Pittsburgh, PA, combining remote work with in-office collaboration to drive performance improvements within the Insurances Services Division.

You will design and lead projects, develop business cases, manage stakeholders, and deliver dashboards while applying Six Sigma, Lean, and change-management practices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in operations or operations improvement or operations improvement consulting.
• Experience in data-based process improvement (Six Sigma) and/or project management of related efforts.
• PMP Certification or completion of UPMC's Ulearn Project Management Training within one year of hire.
• Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma (or ASQ standard) within one year of hire; Agile training completed.
