Qualifications

Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Pega BPM solutions.
Proven experience as a Pega Lead Architect with architecture governance and end-to-end delivery.
Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
Hands-on experience optimizing Pega applications for performance and reliability.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

Design and govern end-to-end Pega architectures aligned with business objectives and standards.
Lead architecture reviews and governance to ensure scalability and maintainability.
Transform complex requirements into efficient Pega-driven workflows and experiences.
