Job summary

KM Larson & Company CPAs seeks a detail-oriented bookkeeping Supervisor/Manager to oversee bookkeeping services for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of QuickBooks experience, and be organized, trustworthy, and comfortable working with financial data.

Responsibilities include reviewing financial records, managing A/P and A/R, generating reports, and collaborating with client personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience with QuickBooks.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy and able to handle confidential financial data.

Responsibilities

• Review financial records for clients, including accounts payable/receivable and bank/credit card reconciliations.
• Assist with year-end tax adjustments.
• Generate financial reports and summaries as needed.
• Collaborate with internal and client personnel as needed.
