2K Accounting Services Llc is seeking an experienced Bookkeeping Supervisor to oversee daily bookkeeping operations, review transactions, and supervise staff, ensuring client records are accurate and timely.

You will supervise input of transactions, reconcile accounts, prepare monthly financial statements (P&L and balance sheets), and coordinate with tax professionals to ensure compliance. Strong QuickBooks expertise and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Strong understanding of debits/credits and financial statements.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online/Desktop.

Responsibilities

• Oversee input of day-to-day bookkeeping transactions.
• Review bank, credit card, loan, income, and expense entries.
• Supervise bookkeeping staff and provide guidance.
• Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets).
• Coordinate with tax professionals and prepare year-end entries.
• Ensure accurate general ledger and reconciliations.
