Job summary

Intuit is seeking a QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping Sr Associate to provide professional bookkeeping, payroll and tax guidance to QuickBooks Live small business owners. This is a virtual role allowing you to work from home or an office with flexible scheduling.

You will deliver complex guidance, ensure data accuracy, and educate owners on best practices in QuickBooks Online, while staying curious and focused on customer success.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of bookkeeping and/or accounting experience.
• Minimum 1 year of QuickBooks Online experience.
• QuickBooks Online Pro Certification required.
• CPB preferred, not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex bookkeeping guidance to QuickBooks Online small business owners via video and audio tools, professionally and reassuringly.
• Create high-quality interactions and experiences that instill confidence using empathy and expertise in the customer-facing role.
• Guide small business owners on best practices and optimal utilization of the QuickBooks Online platform.
• Review information input by small business owners for accuracy and provide insights on their data.
• Research regulations to support guidance.
