Job summary

Solvency Now Bookkeeping, Inc. seeks a QuickBooks Online experienced bookkeeper for a fully remote, full-time position. You will handle recording, reconciling, and reviewing financial data for 10–20 clients, with payroll and budgeting support as needed. Must reside in the United States and maintain English fluency.

Work hours are 40 per week in your time zone with evening/weekend flexibility. A quiet home office is essential, and prior accounting experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of hands-on QuickBooks Online experience is compulsory.
• 1–3 years of bookkeeping across multiple clients are required.
• Experience as an Accountant or Staff Accountant is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential.
• Ability to manage stress and meet deadlines; maintain client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Record and classify financial transactions accurately.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Review client records for accuracy and correct discrepancies.
• Manage a portfolio of 10–20 clients with deadlines and tasks.
• Assist with budgeting, payroll, and loan monitoring as needed.
• Submit daily reports and track time for each client.
