Job summary

Priano Solutions LLC is seeking a senior bookkeeper for a leading independent wealth management firm serving high-net-worth families. You will own the full bookkeeping cycle and act as the technical resource for the family office services team.

Based in the Pittsburgh area, you will manage QuickBooks Online across entities, reconcile accounts, perform month- and year-end closes, and produce custom reports for families and CPAs. You’ll mentor teammates and help optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years in accounting or bookkeeping (6 preferred), including 4+ years with QuickBooks Online.
• Understanding of investment account structures in wealth management.
• Strong Excel and Office skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and service-minded.
• You prefer owning projects over managing people.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online across multiple entities per family.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and investment accounts. Record journal entries for complex transactions.
• Handle month-end and year-end close.
• Build custom spending and financial reports for families, CPAs, and advisors.
• Prepare records for tax filings and work directly with outside CPAs.
• Process bills and invoices with controls against overpayment and unauthorized payments.
• Mentor teammates on escalated or complex issues and improve workflows and systems.
