Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Specialty Representative to be the primary contact with medical professionals, delivering clinical knowledge and promoting Amgen products within the assigned territory. You will implement the marketing strategy and coordinate branded programs to meet sales targets through both in-person and virtual engagement.

The role requires building strong accounts, addressing payer issues, and maintaining relationships while upholding Amgen values and ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in sales or healthcare/clinical field.
• Associate degree with 6+ years in sales or healthcare/clinical field.
• High school diploma with 8+ years in sales or healthcare/clinical field.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals and communicate clinical benefits.
• Lead as a sales leader to achieve territory sales through branded messages and educator programs.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, ensuring product access and handling reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive sales results.
