Job summary

Credence is seeking a Program Manager to support the B-52/Bomber programs at Wright Patterson AFB, providing acquisition and program management expertise across DoD processes. The role involves leading cross‑functional teams, coordinating milestones, and ensuring cost, schedule, and risk management across the lifecycle of Bomber programs.

Qualifications

• Clearance: Top Secret.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field with extensive DoD experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 25+ years in the related field, DoD experience preferred.
• Minimum of 30 years directly related experience with DoD certifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project and EVM tools.
• Knowledge of the Bomber mission and aircrew tasks, CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management and IPT coordination across Bomber programs.
• Review and analyze EVM data and milestone documents.
• Support acquisition milestones and source selections.
• Develop executive briefings and lifecycle cost estimates.
• Provide technical and logistical analysis for program reviews.
