Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC seeks a senior Program Manager to lead the B-2 Division program at Wright‑Patterson AFB, OH. You will oversee modernization, test, production, fielding, and sustainment efforts for the B‑2 aircraft and related systems.

The role requires strong acquisition and DoD program management expertise, coordinating cross‑functional teams across IPTs, supporting UON/JUON needs, and guiding program milestones through complex lifecycle phases.

Qualifications

• Must have Top‑Secret clearance.
• Five years in DoD required for Master’s or Doctorate path; ten years overall.
• Twelve years experience with Bachelor's degree path; five years in DoD.
• Fifteen years direct related experience with proper certifications; eight years in DoD.

Responsibilities

• Apply program management policies to USAF systems, subsystems, and equipment procurement activities through life cycles.
• Support acquisition management activities for existing and future F/B Directorate aircraft programs and platforms.
• Assist in coordinating documentation across financial, program management, contracting, configuration, engineering, and logistics functions.
• Consolidate inputs into common documents and plan program milestones.
• Provide risk management, project management, and logistics support within IPTs and PIWGs.
• Collect inputs across life cycles including research, development, production, test, fielding, sustainment, and modernization of capabilities.
• Assist in non‑voting advisory support for source selections and communicate recommendations to management.
• Develop and coordinate responses to taskers; support urgent operational needs and accelerated test concepts.
• Produce or review program office products and acquisition plans.
