Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to support the B-52 Stratofortress Division (AFLCMC WBD) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on acquisition program management, logistics coordination, and interfacing with government and prime contractors to ensure timely modernization and fielding of aircraft programs.

The candidate will apply DoD policies, drive milestones, and coordinate with IPTs and PIWGs while ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and performance

Qualifications

• Clearance: Secret
• Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field with experience in DoD programs
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with extensive DoD experience
• Fifteen years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category requirements, eight of which must be in the DoD

Responsibilities

• Assist the B-2 Chief of Interoperability by supporting the B-2 SPO at all meetings and conferences relating to B-2 Modification Field Team support at Whiteman Air Force Base (WAFB), MO.
• Participate in all meetings pertaining to aircraft installs including aircraft availability optimization meetings, integrated test team working group, modernization reviews, wing scheduling meetings, and fleet health discussions.
• Act as the interface between the prime contractor and the Government on all issues pertaining to aircraft modernization installs.
• Assist the interoperability team in monitoring and coordinating logistics for aircraft modernization installs at WAFB with the prime contractor and B-2 System Program Office (SPO) production/modification IPTs, logistics and modification leads.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating depot field team repair and other modification actions at WAFB.
• Assist in coordinating maintenance actions with relevant USAF entities and prime contractors.
• Assist in preparing and coordinating requests for depot assistance and MOAs.
• Apply program management policies/procedures to support acquisition programs across life cycles.
• Support review of proposals and coordination of documentation across functional resources.
• Assist in consolidating inputs into common milestone documents and planning for milestones.

Education

Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field

Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Fifteen years of directly related experience with DoD knowledge
