Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC seeks a Program Manager to support the B-52/Bomber programs at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The PM will coordinate resources, schedules, and risk across IPTs, contractors, and government customers to deliver mission-critical modernization and sustainment efforts.

The role requires extensive DoD program management experience, strong documentation skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through lifecycle phases from planning to deployment while

Qualifications

• Clearance: Top Secret.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in a related field with 20+ years of experience, at least 12 in the DoD.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 25+ years of experience, at least 15 in the DoD.
• Minimum of 30 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize resources and personnel to meet task objectives and explore new approaches.
• Support acquisition program management across Bomber programs (B-1/B-2/B-52) at WPAFB/TAFB.
• Develop and coordinate documentation (MOAs/MOUs, SOWs, RFPs, PWS, etc.).
• Support review of contractor proposals and provide advisory input for source selections.
• Provide technical support for program reviews, EVM, risk management, logistics, and lifecycle cost analyses.
