Responsibilities include operating boilers, inspecting equipment, maintaining logs and safety protocols, and performing preventive maintenance. Candidate should have a background in electrical/mechanical plant operations and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Background in electrical/mechanical or plant operations field.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in boiler/plant operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates gas/oil/coal/dual fuel boilers to generate steam per codes.
• Inspects and maintains boiler room equipment and related systems.
• Maintains logs of operations and tests chemical feeding solutions.
• Monitors pressures, temperatures, and safety systems.
• Inspects fire/safety procedures and emergency power systems.
• Performs preventive maintenance and minor repairs as trained.
• Ensures compliance with safety regulations and documentation.
