Job summary

Cordia LLC is seeking an O&M Technician I to oversee safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant equipment under supervision of Lead Operator and Plant Manager. Responsibilities include monitoring machinery, recording readings, and handling scheduled/unscheduled tasks.

Requires two years boiler experience and high school diploma, with strong safety awareness and willingness to work overtime. The role involves handling boilers, chillers, turbines, pumps, and valves, plus maintaining logs and

Qualifications

• High school Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience operating water tube steam boilers (100 psig or greater).
• Knowledgeable with boiler digital and pneumatic controls.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the operation of all plant machinery and equipment.
• Record readings and prepare reports for production logs.
• Respond to unusual conditions, fire alarms, power interruptions, or utility issues.
• Operate boilers, chillers, steam turbine-generators, pumps, and valves safely.
• Maintain facility appearance and housekeeping.
• Upgrade skills on plant systems as directed or required.
