Job summary

Cordia is seeking an O&M Technician I to ensure safe, reliable operation of all plant equipment. The role involves monitoring boiler systems, pumps, and controls, maintaining logs, and responding to alarms under supervision.

You will operate and troubleshoot equipment, learn safety procedures, and support environmental compliance. The position requires at least a high school diploma/GED and two years of boiler operation experience, with a chance to advance skills in boiler and plant systems

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years' experience operating water-tube steam boilers (100 psig or greater).
• Knowledge of boiler digital and pneumatic controls beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the operation of all plant machinery and equipment.
• Maintain logs, generate reports for production records.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled job assignments.
• Respond to unusual conditions such as alarms and utility issues.
• Ensure safe, efficient operation of boilers, chillers, pumps and related equipment.
