Job summary

White Bear Lake Area Schools, ISD #624 is seeking a Custodian with boiler experience to maintain boiler, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems across district facilities. The role requires strong preventive maintenance and coordination with custodial and grounds teams.

Hours are 8 per day, 260 days per year, with starting anticipated Oct 12, 2026; license is preferred; salary per custodial agreement $33.12–$34.10 per hour plus benefits. Pro-rated reviews on submission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with experience in boilers and building maintenance.
• Associate/Technical degree is preferred.
• Driver's license valid in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Conducts maintenance checks and services on boilers, pumps, air compressors and HVAC systems.
• Maintains and repairs electrical and plumbing systems and equipment.
• Coordinates activities with custodial and grounds staff for efficient operation.
• Maintains inventory of work supplies and equipment.
• Trains, assigns, oversees and inspects custodial staff.
• Ensures building automation systems operate efficiently.
