Job summary

AIR CONDITIONING INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS is seeking a skilled technician to service and repair large commercial boilers in Pflugerville, TX. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, calibration, and preventative maintenance of gas-fired and electric boilers and related equipment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of field experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with Siemens, Honeywell, Fireye, Autoflame controls.

Qualifications

5+ years of service experience in repair, maintenance, and operation of large commercial boilers and steam generation systems.
High school diploma or equivalent education.
Experience with Siemens, Honeywell, Fireye, Autoflame, and similar controls.
Advanced combustion controls including use of VFD, O2 Trim, Low NOx combustion.
Valid driver’s license.
OSHA-10 certification (must be obtained within 6 months of hire).
Basic computer and building control system knowledge.
Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
Ability to manage time and complete work within deadlines.

Responsibilities

Inspect, maintain, and repair all components of boiler systems and associated equipment.
Troubleshoot control systems, electrical circuitry, and related components.
Test systems with combustion analyzers and meters; perform calibrations of instrumentation.
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and perform disassembly/assembly tasks.
Document maintenance and repairs; maintain orderly records.
Assist with estimating time and material costs and with customer scope development.
