Job summary

AIR CONDITIONING INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced boiler technician to perform routine maintenance and complex repairs on controls systems for large commercial boilers in Texas. You will troubleshoot, calibrate, and service gas-fired and electric-fired boilers, ensuring safe, efficient operation.

Requirements include 5+ years in boiler service, OSHA-10, and the ability to read diagrams; experience with Siemens/Honeywell/Fireye/Autoflame controls and a valid driver's license are

Qualifications

• 5+ years of service experience with large commercial boilers
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Siemens, Honeywell, Fireye, Autoflame controls
• Advanced combustion controls including VFD and Low NOx
• OSHA-10 certification (must be obtained within six months from date of hire)
• Valid driver''s license
• Computer literacy and ability to read wiring diagrams

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair boiler systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot control systems, electrical circuitry, pumps, and heat exchangers.
• Use combustion analyzers, multi-meters, and test equipment to test and analyze systems.
• Calibrate instruments and check basic gauges and sensors.
• Follow preventative maintenance schedules and document work.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used.
• Assist with customer scope development, technical analysis, and retrofits.
• Assist with estimating time and material costs.
