Job summary

Air Conditioning Innovative Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled technician to maintain and repair large commercial boiler systems, including gas-fired and electric-fired boilers.

You will troubleshoot control systems, calibrate instrumentation, and ensure compliance with safety and EPA regulations. The role requires at least 5 years of experience, OSHA-10 certification, and the ability to read blueprints, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of service experience in repair, maintenance, and operation of large commercial boilers and steam generation systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Experience with Siemens, Honeywell, Fireye, Autoflame, and similar controls.
• Advanced combustion controls, including VFD and Low NOx combustion.
• Valid driver's license.
• OSHA-10 certification (must be obtained within 6 months of hire).
• Reading blueprints and wiring diagrams; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair boiler systems and associated equipment.
• Troubleshoot control systems, electrical circuitry, and related components.
• Use combustion analyzers and test equipment to analyze systems.
• Perform calibrations and checks on gauges, transmitters, and VFDs.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and document work.
