You will interview insureds and witnesses, set reserves, review documents, and ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years handling liability bodily injury claims with high complexity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with claims systems and Microsoft Office.
• Industry training such as AIC, CPCU, or SCLA preferred.
• Ability to work with limited direction in a fast-paced, team-first environment.
• Solid understanding of insurance and medical terminology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interpret coverage, conduct investigations, interview insureds and witnesses.
• Negotiate settlements with insureds, attorneys, and other carriers.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate file documentation.
• Set reserves and review reports as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
