Qualifications

• 5+ years of Liability Bodily Injury claims experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with claims systems and MS Office.
• Industry training such as AIC, CPCU, or SCLA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret coverage, conduct investigations, and interview insureds, witnesses, and third-party claimants.
• Negotiate settlements with individuals, other carriers, and attorneys.
• Prepare reports reflecting file activity and reserve statuses.
• Identify regulatory and contractual compliance requirements for claims handling.
