Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation invites a Sr. Systems Engineering Lead to guide enterprise engineering for BMC3I systems, partnering with government customers and internal teams.

You will lead architecture discussions, shape warfighter-focused solutions, and drive analyses across space-based and ground systems. Ideal candidates bring TS/SCI clearance, extensive DoD/IC experience, and strong leadership in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 12+ years of professional experience on DoD/IC sensor or C2 systems.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Guide requirements and engineering efforts across government, other FFRDCs, and SETA personnel.
• Act as spokesperson for SYD85/S5 government customer.
• Lead cross-organizational teams conducting studies and analyses.
• Develop CONOPS and technology roadmaps; assess technology maturity.
• Collaborate on system requirements and architectures with external organizations.
