Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in healthcare administration, business, public health, finance, or related field.
• Three to five years of experience in healthcare finance, accounting, healthcare administration, strategic planning, or population health.
• Experience with grant-funded programs, value-based care models, or population health initiatives preferred.
• Experience coordinating with independent practices and community health leadership.
• Familiarity with Vermont Blueprint for Health or similar statewide programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative, operational, and fiscal management of the Vermont Blueprint for Health programs across 3 HSAs.
• Oversee budgeting, funds flow governance, and program evaluation to advance population health and value-based care.
• Manage multimillion-dollar grant allocations ($14M+) and state reporting requirements.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with independent practices and community leaders.
• Provide operational planning and decision support across the PHSO and strategic initiatives.
