Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressively responsible management experience.
• At least 3 years of health care operational management experience.
• Preference for experience leading across sites or service lines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of workflows, operational standards and patient quality outcomes.
• Coach supervisors and managers on performance and daily management disciplines.
• Achieve budget, staffing, and productivity targets through active oversight.
• Execute patient access initiatives and operational improvements.
• Use data, rounding, and direct engagement to monitor performance and drive action.
• Lead medical group-wide initiatives on access improvement and policy development.
