Job summary

Golden State Foods is seeking a Senior WMS Business Analyst to lead Blue Yonder WMS configuration and SaaS upgrade planning. You will collaborate with Operations, IT, and third parties to deliver scalable configurations, reliable integrations, and production stability.

The role requires 8+ years of hands-on WMS experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to drive standardization and continuous improvement across WMS projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on configuration and technical experience with Blue Yonder/JDA WMS.
• Hands-on technical experience with MOCA, MOCASQL, SQL, DDA/Page Builder, Integrator, Jasper Reports, label solutions, job maintenance, trace analysis, and application troubleshooting.
• Experience with Blue Yonder in a SaaS model and ability to prepare for a SaaS upgrade path.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and WMS processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Blue Yonder/JDA WMS configuration across inbound, outbound, inventory control and labor.
• Translate requirements into upgrade-ready configurations while minimizing customization.
• Assess SaaS upgrade impacts including interfaces, reports, and devices.
• Partner with stakeholders to plan upgrades, testing, and deployment for SaaS transition.
• Serve as SME for WMS hardware, interfaces, and production issues.
• Support WMS integrations with ERP, TMS, and labor/transport systems.
• Create and maintain solution documentation and release notes.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement in WMS configurations and deployments.
