Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution in Frisco, TX is seeking a Senior Blue Yonder WMS Configuration and Technical Lead to drive WMS configuration and support a potential SaaS upgrade path. You will partner with Operations, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable configurations and stable production support.

The role emphasizes upgrade readiness, regression testing, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize inbound/outbound workflows, labeling, and reporting within a predominantly on-prem environment

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on configuration and technical experience with Blue Yonder/JDA WMS, including significant responsibility for system configuration, solution design, upgrade support, and production support.
Experience with MOCA, MOCASQL, SQL, DDA/Page Builder, Integrator, Jasper Reports, label solutions, job maintenance, trace analysis, and application troubleshooting.
Experience working with Blue Yonder in a SaaS model and preparing for potential SaaS upgrades.

Responsibilities

Lead functional configuration of Blue Yonder/JDA WMS across inbound, outbound, inventory control, replenishment, labor, tasking, RF execution, handheld workflows, labeling, waving, allocation, and operational execution.
Translate requirements into scalable, upgrade-ready configuration and design decisions while minimizing customization in the on-premise environment.
Assess SaaS upgrade impacts across configuration, integrations, and reports.
Partner with Blue Yonder and internal stakeholders to support roadmap planning, upgrade readiness, regression testing, and deployment planning.
