Job summary

Fulfillment IQ in Atlanta, GA seeks a senior Blue Yonder WMS Design Lead / Solution Architect to drive end-to-end design for complex warehouse transformations.

You will translate business needs into scalable WMS designs, guide configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and hypercare, and mentor delivery teams across onshore and offshore resources. This client-facing role requires deep Blue Yonder expertise and strong governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in WMS implementation/consulting with Blue Yonder WMS on enterprise programs.
• Hands-on Blue Yonder design and configuration; able to challenge vendor answers.
• Experience as a Solution Architect/Design Lead on full-lifecycle Blue Yonder projects.
• Strong warehouse processes knowledge: receiving, putaway, inventory, picking, packing, shipping.
• Experience defining WMS–ERP integration requirements (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
• Ability to lead design workshops and translate needs into designs and docs.
• Experience with test planning, SIT/UAT, defect triage, cutover readiness.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end WMS solution design for Blue Yonder implementations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable WMOS designs and configuration direction.
• Govern design decisions, templates, and accelerators across projects.
• Drive integration design with ERP, middleware, WCS/MHE, and labeling systems.
• Mentor consultants and support pre-sales activities including proposals.
• Partner with client IT and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
