Accenture PLC is seeking a senior Blue Yonder WMS leader to architect and deliver large-scale warehouse management solutions for complex supply chains. You will guide cross-functional teams, shape strategy with clients, and drive pre-sales and governance across multi-system landscapes.

This role demands 8+ years in WMS/fulfillment technology, deep BY WMS expertise, and strong leadership. Travel requirements vary with client needs; Accenture offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in WMS, supply chain, or fulfillment tech.
• 8+ years in Blue Yonder/WMS architecture, design, or implementation.
• 8+ years in leading large, complex WMS/transformation programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).

Responsabilités

• Architect end‑to‑end Blue Yonder WMS solutions for complex clients across industries.
• Lead delivery of BY WMS programs, overseeing configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Act as primary senior contact for client leadership and guide transformation roadmaps.
• Shape opportunities with estimates, delivery strategies, and proposal content.
• Mentor and grow talent within the practice; ensure governance and best practices.
