Metro Supply Chain Group seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst / Blue Yonder WMS Solution Architect to lead advanced configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Blue Yonder WMS. You will translate complex warehousing needs into detailed designs, collaborate with stakeholders, and architect scalable, future‑proof solutions that drive efficiency and growth.

In this senior role you will mentor junior analysts, guide projects from inception to completion, and ensure seamless integration

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience with Blue Yonder WMS or similar warehouse management systems.
• Experience in business systems analysis, solution design, and/or solution architecture within logistics.
• Proven leadership in cross‑functional project management and mentoring junior analysts.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and aligning system implementations with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-depth analysis of warehousing, distribution, and logistics requirements for Blue Yonder WMS.
• Define project requirements and document business processes improved by the WMS.
• Design scalable Blue Yonder WMS configurations aligned with long‑term goals.
