Job summary

Fulfillment IQ is seeking a senior Blue Yonder WMS Design Lead / Solution Architect to drive end-to-end solution design for complex warehouse transformations. You will translate business needs into scalable WMS designs and guide configuration, testing, and deployment teams. Travel up to 50% and client-facing leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of WMS implementation/consulting experience with substantial Blue Yonder WMS in enterprise programs
• Hands-on Blue Yonder design and configuration; able to judge design quality and challenge vendor answers
• Experience as a Solution Architect/Design Lead on full lifecycle Blue Yonder implementations
• Strong warehouse process knowledge: receiving, putaway, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping
• Experience defining and validating WMS–ERP integration requirements with SAP or Oracle
• Ability to lead design workshops and translate needs into functional designs and documentation
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the United States

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end WMS solution architecture and functional design for Blue Yonder implementations
• Drive design workshops with client operations and business stakeholders
• Coordinate integration design across ERP, MHE/WCS, and automation platforms
• Review designs for completeness, scalability, and alignment with requirements
• Mentor consultants and contribute to reusable assets and best practices
• Support pre-sales activities including solution approach and proposals
