Job summary

Dexian, a global technology and staffing leader, seeks a Senior BlackLine Analyst to drive finance automation and optimize processes. You will be the primary contact for BlackLine initiatives, partnering with accounting, finance, and IT to design, implement, and maintain automated workflows that improve efficiency.

The role emphasizes strong accounting fundamentals, stakeholder communication, and hands-on experience with BlackLine or related tools like SAP, Alteryx, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes, financial close activities, and journal entry workflows.
• Experience leading or supporting process improvement, workflow optimization, or finance transformation initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate across accounting, finance, and technology teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and SME for the BlackLine platform.
• Design, implement, and optimize automated accounting workflows and reconciliations.
• Partner with accounting, finance, IT, and corporate teams to automate recurring processes.
• Support finance automation roadmap and global BlackLine rollout initiatives.
• Configure and maintain workflow solutions that integrate with financial data sources.
• Analyze existing accounting processes and identify opportunities for efficiency gains and standardization.
• Support month-end close activities and drive continued process improvements for a streamlined close process.
• Perform ongoing system administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of BlackLine workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and insights to support finance operations and process monitoring.
