Job summary

Dexian seeks a Senior BlackLine Analyst to lead finance automation and process optimization. The role is the primary contact for BlackLine initiatives, partnering with accounting, finance, and corporate stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain automated workflows that improve efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a strong accounting foundation and experience in automation, workflow optimization, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and financial close activities.
• Experience leading or supporting process improvement, workflow optimization, or finance transformation initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate across accounting, finance, and technology teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and SME for the BlackLine platform.
• Design, implement, and optimize automated accounting workflows and reconciliations.
• Partner with accounting, finance, IT, and corporate teams to automate recurring processes.
• Support finance automation roadmap and global BlackLine rollout initiatives.
• Configure and maintain workflow solutions that integrate with financial data sources.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and insights to support finance operations.
