Qualifications

• Strong business analysis skills including elicitation, facilitation, process mapping, requirements definition, user story writing, and acceptance criteria development.
• Experience with ERP, enterprise applications, integrations, reporting, and business operations to evaluate process improvements and technology-enabled efficiencies.
• Ability to create and maintain project intake records and support canvas, charter, discovery, backlog readiness and delivery readiness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between business users, product owners, developers, architects, vendors, project management, and support teams.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand problems, current processes, desired outcomes, stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and measures of success.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process flows.
• Document current and future-state processes using process maps, data flow diagrams, and functional specifications.
• Lead backlog grooming and refinement sessions with product owners and scrum teams.
• Validate that work items are complete, clear, and ready for refinement and planning.
• Assist with UAT, CRP activities, and post-deployment support.
• Develop adoption materials for training and knowledge transfer.
