Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative to drive demand creation and promote Amgen products as directed by the District Manager. You will deliver current clinical knowledge, communicate the benefits of products, and work to achieve territory sales targets through strategic marketing and educator programs.

You will also service accounts, ensure product access, and manage reimbursement issues while developing territory plans with your District Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; alternative with 4 years relevant sales/clinical experience.
• Associate's degree plus 4 years of healthcare/sales experience acceptable.
• High school diploma plus 6 years of healthcare/sales experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer contact for demand creation by executing marketing strategy and promoting Amgen products.
• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products and communicate clinical/economic benefits to customers.
• Achieve territory sales targets by executing planned marketing strategies and POAs, including programs and educator events.
• Manage accounts, ensure product access, and resolve/reimbursement issues; maintain contracts and territory plans.
