Job summary

BD, a global medical technology leader, seeks a Statistician/Biostatistician to support product development and clinical studies in a regulated healthcare environment. You will design studies, develop analysis plans, analyze data, and communicate actionable insights to cross-functional teams using R and SAS.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's or PhD in Statistics or Biostatistics, with experience in clinical research or regulated devices, strong study-design and data-interpretation skills, and

Qualifications

• Experience applying statistical methods to product development, clinical research, or clinical trials.
• Proficiency in programming, documenting, and validating statistical analyses using R and/or SAS.
• Experience with regulated healthcare, life sciences, or medical device environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Design studies and develop statistical analysis plans for products and clinical studies.
• Analyze complex data sets and communicate actionable insights to cross-functional teams.
• Program, document, and maintain statistical code in R and/or SAS for data management and reporting.
• Support regulatory submissions and ensure quality and regulatory objectives are met.
• Present findings to stakeholders and contribute to publications and external communications.
