Zusammenfassung

BD is seeking a Statistician/Biostatistician to support product development, clinical studies, and business decision-making within regulated healthcare or medical device environments. This role partners with cross-functional teams to design studies, develop statistical analysis plans, analyze complex data, and communicate actionable insights using R or SAS.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field with experience in regulated healthcare/device

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field.
• 3+ years in regulated healthcare, life sciences, or medical device settings with Master's.
• Experience applying statistics to product development or clinical studies.
• Proficient in programming, documenting, and validating analyses in R and/or SAS.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong communication and ability to translate stats into business insights.

Aufgaben

• Design, plan, analyze, and interpret studies for product development.
• Develop study protocols and regulatory documentation.
• Create and maintain statistical analysis plans.
• Program and validate code in R and/or SAS for analyses.
• Apply appropriate statistical methodologies to analyses.
• Prepare statistical reports for internal and external audiences.
• Present findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Stay current with regulatory requirements and best practices.
