BD is seeking a Statistician/Biostatistician to support product development, clinical studies, and business decision-making in a regulated healthcare environment. The role involves study design, statistical analysis planning, and translating results into actionable business recommendations using R or SAS.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's or PhD in Statistics or Biostatistics with experience in regulated healthcare or medical devices, capable of leading multiple projects and communicating

Formación

• Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related quantitative field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years in regulated healthcare, life sciences, or medical device environments.
• Experience applying statistical methods to product development and/or clinical research.
• Proficiency in programming, documenting, and validating analyses in R and/or SAS.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, plan, analyze, and interpret studies.
• Develop and maintain statistical analysis plans; handle SOPs and documentation.
• Program, validate, and maintain statistical code in R/SAS for analytics and reporting.
• Prepare clear statistical reports and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Stay current with statistical methods and regulatory requirements.
• Present findings to stakeholders and contribute to publications as appropriate.
