Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in embedded software development.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in BIOS development.
• Expertise with C and C++ in platform firmware development.
• Expertise with UEFI firmware development across multiple processor families.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs BIOS and platform firmware for HPC products.
• Leads design assessment, coding, integration, and validation activities.
• Writes test plans and documentation; debugs firmware behavior and hardware initialization issues.
• Coordinates with software/hardware partners and vendors to deliver firmware solutions.
• Mentors less-experienced staff and communicates status and risks to management.
