Lilly is constructing an advanced manufacturing facility in Goochland County, Virginia. This role is part of the startup leadership, helping build the organization, facility and culture to enable GMP manufacturing operations.

The successful candidate will mentor scientists and engineers, drive data-driven process improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance with safety and cGMP requirements across the site and broader network.

Qualifications

• MSc in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ yrs in ADC/mAb development.
• Experience in commercial ADC/mAb mfg support.
• Experience in inspection support.

Responsabilités

• Provide mentorship and scientific expertise to TS/MS bioprocess and laboratory scientists for process monitoring, trending, and analyzing production data.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory expectations and apply cGMP knowledge.
• Represent the site technically across the broader manufacturing network and review/approve product reviews.
• Collaborate with site leadership to develop and manage compliant technical agendas.
