Job summary
Lilly is building an advanced manufacturing facility in Goochland County, VA. We seek an Advisor/Sr. Advisor TS/MS (MSAT) to provide technical stewardship across the start-up bioconjugate manufacturing facility.
The role requires deep expertise in conjugation chemistry, purification, and process controls, with data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership. You will mentor scientists and engineers, drive continuous improvements, ensure cGMP compliance, and support regulatory
Qualifications
- MSc in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years in ADC/mAb development.
- Experience in commercial ADC/mAb mfg support.
- Experience in inspection support.
- PhD and 10+ years in biopharmaceutical industry preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide mentorship and scientific expertise to TS/MS bioprocess and laboratory scientists.
- Support management of daily manufacturing operations.
- Drive solutions to complex situations with cross-site impact.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory expectations under cGMP.
- Lead investigations and document technical studies.
